Thus, from June to December, the 24/7 installation continues to work for more than 4,300 hours. Based on the results of the obtained indicators, it is not planned to suspend the testing of equipment for major repairs.
The research is being conducted at the company's research site in Petrozavodsk under the leadership of Vladimir Maslennikov, General Designer of GUBKIN-INNOVATION.
Using the example of the HI-2* sample, the company performs a comprehensive check of the operation of inverters of the HI series in conditions of positive and negative ambient temperatures.
Evgeny Pichugin, General Director of GUBKIN-INNOVATION:
"During the research plan, specialists monitor the installation performance in different modes: at high and low recycling rates, with large and small volumes of garbage loading. In the event of an increase or decrease in street temperature, the consumption of electrical energy is monitored. For example, when the frost is below -20 ° C, the inverter consumes 0.6 kW /hour per day. In addition, specialists record the amount of dissipating thermal energy that HI-2 generates during the waste disposal process. So, at a temperature of -14 ° C, an installation with a processing volume of 7 kg of waste / hour gives 1300 MJ / hour per day".
Obtaining energy during waste disposal and using it as a source of heating has become possible thanks to the collection system of dissipating thermal energy, which is equipped with hydrogen inverters GUBKIN-INNOVATION.
For testing the inverter, process engineers use waste from the woodworking and stone processing industries, housing and utilities and medicine. Thus, sawdust, stone, organic debris, plastic, tetra pak packaging and glass are destroyed in the installation. During the disposal of garbage, it is moistened with water or its impurities. This approach makes it possible to simulate the real disposal of solid waste at waste processing plants, when waste is mixed during assembly and transportation in garbage trucks and becomes a compressed wet mass.
*The HI-2 medium mobile complex allows to destroy waste with a volume of 200 kg/hour in residential areas and at small objects of agriculture, industry and medicine. Due to the compactness of the "mini-factories" for the destruction of garbage can be transported to remote and hard-to-reach places. The service life of the equipment before major repairs is 60,000 hours.
